Summary
One of the UK's largest plumbing and heating merchants is looking for an ambitious and sales-focused Branch Manager to run their established operation in Rochdale. This is an exciting opportunity to take full responsibility for running your own business and you'll have autonomy and freedom over stock, purchasing, staffing, logistics, trading hours and much more.
Role Responsibilities
As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for the running of your location
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
- Ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to develop company performance and revenue
- Work on small, medium and large-scale projects in the local area
Requirements
You should be a self-starter who is:
- Experienced working within the plumbing and heating industry
- From a B2B sales background
- An excellent negotiator who is able to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities
- Motivated with a proven track record in developing relationships with both suppliers and customers
