We are seeking a multilingual Regional Customer Sales Specialist to enhance our global success by combining customer-focused service with sales expertise. This role involves connecting with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds and using strong communication skills and sales knowledge to drive international sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Sales: Identify and engage with global customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions tailored to their operational requirements.
• Marketing Support: Work with the marketing team to share insights on market trends, customer needs, and regional competition to help shape effective marketing strategies.
• Sales Partner Support: Coordinate with regional sales partners to assist in sales and service processes, ensuring successful completion of inquiries.
• Service Support: Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and act on feedback to maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
