Role Overview: Seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Manager to optimise sales operations processes. The role involves supporting the sales team by analysing sales data, managing sales tools and technologies, and collaborating with various departments to enhance overall sales productivity and performance. This is a key leadership position requiring excellent management skills and a passion for driving performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales operations strategies and processes to improve sales conversion performance
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business development
• Manage and maintain sales tools and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Oversee the team's sales forecasts and targets

Qualifications:
