First Response Administrator, Glasgow

Gildeas Solicitors is looking to recruit a First Response Administrator to work with our team in Glasgow city centre.

Gildeas is a Scottish law firm specialising in personal injury claims, supporting clients throughout Scotland from our offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

This full-time role involves a variety of administrative duties including:

• Taking accurate information from clients by telephone
• Completing E-Sign documents with clients
• Assisting clients to complete and return their paperwork
• Letter writing
• Data entry onto our case management system
• Photocopying
• Organising your daily tasks and diaries to ensure you are working efficiently

We would prefer if applicants had some administrative experience, but a positive working attitude is essential.

Training will be provided and there are excellent career prospects for the right candidate.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience and the successful candidate will be subject to a basic disclosure check.
