The Governing body of New Moston Primary School are looking for our next Headteacher, to start in January 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our fantastic school which is at the heart of our community.
Are you looking for your next challenge and possess strong leadership skills, drive and enthusiasm to take our school onto the next chapter?
Do you feel you could contribute significantly to our school’s offer, in terms of both pupil outcomes and pastoral support, and play a lead role in nurturing staff, children and our community towards success?
We are seeking a candidate who:
• Has had strong leadership experience and proven success with a range of strategies to support with pupil’s behaviour and personal development.
• Has experience of working in a large, busy, city school and meeting the needs of all the children.
• Can rapidly improve outcomes through coaching, developing and supporting others.
• Has clear core values and a child centred vision in all that they do.
• Has high expectations of themselves as well as staff and families.
• Has excellent interpersonal skills to be able to get the most out of a team.
• Is resilient, able to take responsibility, own mistakes and able to meet the challenges of leadership in a fast paced and challenging environment.
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering strong academic and pastoral excellence, along with a passion for and commitment to making a difference to our children and families.
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will embrace visible leadership and will be dedicated to supporting the best life chances for all children and families.
