Are you passionate about creating stunning landscapes and leading a dynamic team? Bromford is looking for an experienced Landscaping Operations Manager to oversee our grounds maintenance operations across the North/South region. You’ll lead a team of 48 colleagues, including four Leaders, to deliver exceptional service in both commercial and domestic settings.
In this role, you'll maintain our high standards while implementing a new landscaping strategy. Your responsibilities include managing projects to ensure they’re on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. With your leadership, we’ll achieve outstanding customer satisfaction in a cost-effective way.
You bring extensive experience in large-scale grounds operations, team management, and project planning. You're skilled in data analysis, performance measurement, and cost management. With a BTEC Level 4 in Horticulture (or equivalent) and NPTC certifications, you’re well-versed in the safe use of landscaping tools. Your strong communication, organizational skills, and tech-savvy approach will help you excel in this role.
Due to the nature of travel required for this role, we will also provide you with a company car or cash allowance alternative, therefore a full UK driving license is essential, and trailer entitlement is a plus.
