Summary
About The Role
Your main responsibility will be to work as part of a team on a large site. You must be able to use your own initiative to complete waste duties.
You will be working Monday to Thursday 05:00 to 14:00, Friday 05:00 to 12:00, 1 weekend required in a month, 39 hours per week, on a permanent, full-time basis. Main Duties include:
- Follow instructions from the Site Waste Re-Cycling Supervisor and Waste Manager, ensuring the correct company policy and procedures are always upheld.
- Ensuring all waste is collected & standards are met to the contract specification.
- Assisting team in waste segregation.
- General housekeeping standards within the waste re-cycling centre.
- Ensuring all external waste points are serviced in accordance with client requirements.
- Providing feedback to Waste Re-Cycling Supervisor regarding any concerns or process failures.
- Portage support of furniture movements when requested
- Driving license
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
