What you'll do

As a Customer Service & Operations Adviser, you’ll be working closely with relationship management teams to generate business from customers and prospective customers. Day-to-day, you’ll be helping to shape transactions and prepare, submit and manage credit applications through to their drawdown. You’ll also be supporting your customers directly through this process, liaising between them and third parties for all lending requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fully implementing processes including limit renewals, lending and security documentation and new lending fulfilments
  • Working with relationship managers to complete all required steps with credit, including instructing valuations, security and credit documentation
  • Providing support to relationship managers in achieving income growth from existing and new customers

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone who has an understanding of credit and account opening systems and processes. In order to deliver excellent customer service, you’ll have strong communication skills and good attention to detail.

You’ll also need:

  • Knowledge of business lending processes and schemes
  • The ability to build and apply product and process knowledge to your role
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to perform well under pressure
