Summary
At VASILL EVENT BRIT LTD, the Creative Garde-manger plays a pivotal role in managing the cold kitchen. This is an one(1) year contract with a possibilty of two(2) years extension for successful applicants.
Responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing Cold Dishes: Creating and executing recipes for salads, appetizers, and cold desserts.
2. Menu Development: Designing innovative cold dish menus that align with the overall culinary theme.
3. Food Safety Management: Ensuring proper handling and storage of perishable items to maintain freshness and safety.
4. Inventory Management: Managing supplies and ingredients specific to the cold kitchen.
5. Team Supervision: Leading and training the cold kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.
