Establish and sustain data dashboards, reports, and visual representations that facilitate real-time monitoring of crucial performance indicators throughout UHL. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure, ensuring data reliability, protection, and availability for the department. Offer assistance to clinical teams on data collection techniques, tools, and optimal practices specific to the Leicester Excellence Accreditation Framework.
