Your new role
This rapidly expanding Business based in Hull City Centre requires a new Technical Support Analyst to join the Team and provide technical support for the network and business systems. On a day to day basis the Technical Support Analyst will analyse incident trends and undertake problem management for these recurring issues whilst also supporting existing products and where necessary, recommend new additional features.
What you'll need to succeed
The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for supporting systems in an Azure Environment - such as monitoring, network security & troubleshooting. Therefore, the organisation are only wanting to speak to candidates who can demonstrate experience and knowledge of working in an Azure Environment.
Comprehensive training can be provided in some key areas - however the role would suit someone who has the following skills & knowledge:
Microsoft Azure experience of; InTune, Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Storage & Virtual Machines
Other areas of beneficial knowledge include; SQL Server.
