Are you passionate about developing the next generation of education professionals? We're seeking a dynamic Apprenticeships Programme Manager to join our team at AET.
Following our recent Ofsted success, we're expanding our apprenticeship programs to meet the growing needs of schools and MATs across the country. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education.
You will:
- Project manage the delivery and development of apprenticeship programmes to ensure learners and employers have a high quality experience, leading to strong achievement rates.
- Line manage Trainers and functional skills Tutors. This includes caseload management, monitoring the delivery of tripartite reviews and supporting End Point Assessments in line with Ofsted best practice and professional body requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the Apprenticeships team and MAT leaders to provide an oversight of operational management and quality for the successful delivery of apprenticeship training programmes
- Work with IQA colleagues and the Associate Director of Apprenticeships to oversee the quality cycle.
- Keep up to date for changes to standards, contracts and funding
