A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Pre-Construction Bid Manager to join a market leading organisation in the West Midlands. Reporting to the Senior Bid Manager, the successful candidate will demonstrate leadership and manage the delivery of successful bids, on time, within budget and to the highest quality, ensuring all expectations are met and wherever possible, exceeded.
Your day to day will look like:
- Motivate and inspire the team to get the best from the whole team
- Check progress and support the bid team members
- Provide feedback to bid team members about their performance on the bid
- Lead the bid strategy
- Understand the entire bid process
- Be accountable for everything that goes into the bid
