With a newly expanded leadership team from September 2024, this is an exciting time in Latimer’s development. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in an LA maintained, large primary school, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and situated between the border of Leicester City and the beautiful Bradgate Park - in the heart of the Charnwood area.We are looking for someone who: • can lead a highly effective and professional school office team.
• embodies a proactive approach to all administration functions so as to enable our senior leaders and teachers to focus upon delivering the best possible education and care for our pupils.
• has excellent organisational and IT skills, as well as an excellent command of English and maths.
• can support and carry out a range of financial tasks within an LA maintained primary school setting.
• has the experience, knowledge & skills to carry out various HR and H&S requirements within a primary school setting
• is keen to support the work of our Governing Body and Safeguarding Team.
