We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a permanent Senior HR Business Partner position at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS). Working with your divisional senior leaders and wider HR / people teams you will facilitate and enable solutions to a variety of people issues.

You’ll need to be able to manage a range of competing priorities responsively and at pace and have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to help you do this. The role also provides senior management oversight of the Trust Childcare Service and the postholder will also be expected to line manage members of the HRBP team.

Level 7 CIPD qualified you’ll be engaging, proactive and able to build strong, effective relationships across the Trust. You will have the credibility and gravitas to understand, analyse and articulate issues within your large and varied division and more widely across the organisation.

You’ll be an excellent communicator and will be able to effectively negotiate and influence the decisions of your key stakeholders and wider HR thinking.
