About the role
The Tenant Services Administrator will be responsible for the provision of a professional customer focussed front line service for Hightown's internal and external customers as well as the provision of efficient and effective administration service to support Hightown's Housing Team. The Tenant Services Administrator will be joining a small, busy team; they will require a flexible approach to the job and will work as part of a team to deliver services and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:

To provide administrative support to Housing Officers dealing with housing management issues including general communications, mail merges and newsletters.
To respond to general housing management enquiries including pet permission requests, reports of anti-social behaviour, parking, and tenancy changes.
To ensure that accurate and detailed information is obtained from tenants, updating tenancy records where appropriate and keeping accurate records of customer contacts, including complaints.
To accompany Housing Officers on visits and to provide support at resident involvement events.
To liaise with appropriate external agencies and internal departments to deal with housing management issues.
