Summary

Infant Feeding Coordinator- Neonatal Services - Band 7

As a stage 1 accredited Baby friendly unit we seek to recruit an experienced infant feeding lead to support us on our journey to stage 2 accreditation.


The successful post holder will lead on planning, implementation, maintenance and accreditation of UNICEF BFI standards across the neonatal service. Combining the education and training of clinical and support staff with expert direct clinical care. You will provide professional leadership and expert knowledge and advice around infant feeding. Audit and action planning will also be required to monitor and measure implementation of best practice standards.

The job includes 22.5 hours per week, split over 3 days and across two sites.























You will be responsible of the implementation of the BFI standards across two sites: St Helier NNU level 2, total of 18 cots, 2 ITU, 4HD, 12 SC cots andEpsom SCBU, level 1 Neonatal unit, with 6 beds.
