Summary

Platform are currently recruiting for a Co-Creation Lead who will work closely with the Customer Engagement Manager to develop and embed Platform’s approach to co-creation. The role will lead on co-creation projects involving customers, colleagues and stakeholders in the development of Platform services.

This role will oversee and coordinate Platforms customer engagement activities working with colleagues to ensure that the customer engagement framework is utilised effectively across all services to achieve maximum impact in putting the customer voice at the heart of everything we do.

This is a fixed term contract for approximately 9-12 months.

What are some of the tasks you could you be doing as our Co-Creation Lead?

Support the Customer Engagement Manager in the development, design and implementation of Platform’s approach to customer co-creation.

Provide expert advice and consultancy across the team and wider Group on co-creation and customer engagement approaches and methodologies.



To oversee and coordinate a programme of customer engagement and co-creation projects utilising business and customer insight.

Actively identify new ways to engage successfully with customers and communities.

Develop and utilise a range of customer engagement and co-creation approaches to promote a culture of collaboration with customers in the design and development of new and existing services.
