Summary

Nottingham Playhouse is seeking confident and friendly Duty Managers with great interpersonal skills to oversee our Welcome Team.

As Duty Manager, you’ll ensure we deliver excellent customer care and provide a comfortable, safe environment during performances and other events this season, including our brand new production of Dear Evan Hansen and our legendary pantomime.

The Welcome Team Duty Manager positions are offered as a fixed-term (2 September 2024 – 19 January 2025) zero-hours contract within a monthly rota. Shifts are a minimum 3.5 hours. As our performances and other events take place throughout the week, you’ll need to have good available for evenings and weekends. Availability for weekday daytimes would be an advantage.
