Summary
Overseeing contracts in Newcastle upon Tyne, Liverpool, and Derby
£45,000 to £50,000 per annum + company car
We are looking for a Regional Cleaning Manager to join our specialist National Transport division overseeing 3 key contracts. Reporting into the Operations Director, you will drive the performance of the operations, ensuring all contract cleaning standards required by the client are achieved.
As Regional Cleaning Manager you’ll be:
- Attending Monthly and Quarterly meetings with all senior points of contact.
- Reviewing monthly KPI scores for all contracts, ensuring required scores are being consistently achieved.
- Undertaking site visits as required to assess standards and quality audit scores.
- Reviewing profit and loss monthly ensuring the contracts are running in the most profitable manner, highlight any losses.
- Ensuring the Management team are responding to all incidents of customer feedback and ensuring these are actioned within agreed timescales.
As Regional Cleaning Manager you’ll have:
- Management experience, ideally gained within the Facilities Management industry
- The ability to implement solutions self-sufficiently.
- Proven experience of managing managers and the ability to coach and mentor managers, who are experiencing difficulties.
- Financial experience for P&L, balance sheets and cashflow
- Exceptional ability to create relationships and communicate at all levels, whilst not letting this compromise ability to make and take necessary action.
- Ability to drive / travel to different sites within designated region
