Summary
Maintain high standards of nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and be personally responsible for your actions following the Trusts Policies and Procedures. Give and promote Health Promotion Education under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to the patient and carer in order to promote wellbeing and prevent further unnecessary hospital admissions. Ensure a high quality service is maintained by implementing Trust Clinical Governance Plans. Work as a member of the Multidisciplinary Team, and in conjunction with these other professionals promote a holistic model of care. Maintain accurate written and/or electronic records ensuring all legal requirements are met. Be prepared to work flexibly and to the needs of the service We recommend that all individuals employed in patient facing roles,or those located on a ward or department where patients receive a service should be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
