Job Duties:
• Oversee and manage all on-site activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and maintain project schedules
• Manage site budgets and expenses
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
Knowledge and Skills:
• 3+ years experience in new build housing
• Traditional house building
• Knowledge of NHBC
• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
