Summary
We’re recruiting a Casual Duty Manager for the newly refurbished Y Muni in Pontypridd!
Your role will be to lead and inspire the team on shift to provide outstanding customer care and a first-class customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be solutions-focused, confident, and professional, and have an interest and enthusiasm in theatre and arts.
Experience of working in a customer service frontline role is essential, as well as cash handling and the ability to lift, move, and carry stock and other equipment as necessary.
