Summary


An exciting opportunity to join the Podiatry Team in South Essex as Clinical Lead supporting and developing the delivery of foot care within an integrated community collaborative.



This role will offer the opportunity to:

Provide vision and professional leadership to the community Podiatry.



Ensure that the service delivers the best possible high quality personalised care, which is dynamic, proactive, innovative, safe and responsive to healthneeds.



Promote excellence in clinical practice in the delivery of thePodiatry Services.



Deliver a compassionate, dignified and respectful serviceto patients at alltimes.



Support transformation of foot pathologyservices across the Mid and South Essex Community Collaborative.

The role will encompass leadership to the team, development of the service, adherence to budgets, governance and quality assurance. The post holder will collaborate with stakeholders in maintaining and developing high quality care.

As Clinical Lead for Podiatry your will be responsible for oversight of the service including supervision and appraisal of service teams leaders, dealing with daily clinical operational issues as they arise. The role will involve providing governance, leadership and clinical direction to the service by collaborating with various stakeholders.
