Summary

The NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS) attracts, recruits and employs a diverse range of graduates, training them to progress from managers to mid-level leaders. As a fast track leadership and management development scheme, this also creates a talent pipeline of potential future senior leaders across a number of different specialisms.

A strategic objective of GMTS is to increase the representation of traditionally underrepresented groups within the GMTS Trainee cohorts, in comparison with the wider NHS workforce. Therefore we believe that the leadership of GMTS should reflect this ambition. As a result we are seeking applications from a diverse range of people, especially those from underrepresented groups across all protected characteristics.
