Summary
Domiciliary Care Manager
Details of Duties:
Overseeing the daily operations of our domiciliary care services.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, particularly those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Managing and supervising care staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the needs of individual clients.
Ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times.
Handling client inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and implementing improvements based on feedback.
Managing budgets and ensuring financial efficiency.
Liaising with healthcare professionals, clients' families, and other stakeholders to coordinate care services.
Salary:
£36,400 per annum
Details of Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (Adults' Management) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the domiciliary care sector.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, clients, and external partners.
