Summary
Organise, and coordinate the activities and resources of offices within commercial, industrial, and other non-governmental organisations and public agencies.
1) Plans work schedules, assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities.
2) Advises on handling all correspondence and enquiries relating to accounts, sales, statistical and vacancy records.
3) Plans, organises and coordinates the activities and resources of other offices.
4) Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies,
equipment, and facilities.
5) Coordinate administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to
emails, and handling correspondence.
6) Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for
executives and staff members.
7) Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed to ensure efficient
workflow.
8) Maintain accurate records and files, including employee records, contracts, and
confidential documents.
9) Implement and maintain office security protocols to safeguard company assets.
