About the role of Office Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team at HBS. The successful candidate will be reporting to the office in Shotts.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake key administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Manage travel arrangements for workers
- Assist with the onboarding process for the workers
- Accurate filing and storing of workers data (paper and electronic)
- Promote the company's values across the site
- Contribute to projects when required
- Implement the Vehicle and Plant maintenance plan
- Undertake other duties as and when required
What good looks like for an Office Administrator
- Have a right to work in the UK
- Experience working in a similar role
- Experience of working in a busy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages particularly, Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requirements and demands effectively.
