Summary

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting environmental operations? Join our team as a Commercial Support Officer!



We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Environmental Operations team. In this role, you will provide essential technical, administrative, and customer service support for various services, including refuse collection, commercial services, street cleansing, grounds maintenance, and garden waste.



What will I be doing?

Perform daily administrative tasks to support unit operations.
Manage data and information systems for efficient service delivery.
Support the Bartec Waste Collector/Collective Systems.
Assist in promoting and growing the commercial waste service.
Ensure effective delivery of commercial services, including big bin hire and commercial tree services.
Prepare and present data for committees, project meetings, and working groups.
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Liaise with depot employees to maintain effective communication and service quality.


What do I need?

ICT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
3 GCSEs (grade C or above) including Maths and English.
Full, valid UK driving license.
