Sirona Medical is committed to delivering innovative, high-quality health and social care services. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Family Hubs Project Coordinator, Social Worker to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our Family Hubs project.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the Family Hubs project, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
- Work across organisations and teams, managing a varied workload with competing priorities.
- Develop and implement organisational and project policies and tools.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver written and verbal communications to various audiences.
- Develop and manage strategy implementation, establishing systems to manage performance, quality, and evaluation.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes and conduct relevant research.
- Organise and manage events related to the Family Hubs project.
- Support strategy planning at both team and organisational levels.
- Travel to family hub sites across North Northamptonshire as required.

Competencies and Requirements:

- Degree level or equivalent NVQ qualification or proven relevant experience in supporting business change.
- Formal project management training to at least PRINCE II Foundation level or equivalent.
- Experience in project coordination, administration, and the project management cycle.
- Experience working across organisations and teams, managing a varied workload and competing priorities.
- Experience in developing organisational or project policies and tools.
- Strong relationship-building skills with external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to address a range of audiences.
- Ability to develop and manage strategy implementation and establish systems for performance, quality, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of health and social care systems.
- Experience in organisational development.
- Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and/or research.
- Events management experience.
- Experience supporting strategy planning approaches at either a team or organisational level.
- Knowledge of issues relating to children's services and early help.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to self-organise.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Team player able to work independently when required and manage a diverse and heavy workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse, synthesise, and communicate complex issues clearly.
- Capability to develop the capacity of others.
- Confidence in dealing with partners and senior staff from diverse organisations.
- Commitment to matrix working.
- Highly motivated self-starter.

- Ability to travel to family hub sites across North Northamptonshire.
