We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator to join our dynamic people team.

This role will be for a fixed term of 12 months.

As an L&D Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing our training programs and company inductions. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and organising training sessions, workshops and wider learning events, ensuring all logistics such as venue booking and equipment arrangements are handled efficiently. You will maintain accurate records on training attendance and feedback, whilst update our Learning Management System (LMS), and generate reports on training outcomes.

Additionally, you will assist in developing and updating training materials, including the creation and curation of digital learning content and provide support during sessions. Your role will involve close communication with trainers, participants, and third party training providers ensuring smooth execution of all training activities. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help enhance our employees' learning experience and contribute to their professional growth.

About You:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR or L&D department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in developing training materials and managing training logistics is a plus.
  • Professional certifications related to L&D or HR (e.g., CPLP, PHR) are advantageous but not required.
