Summary

We have a really exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing and Income Generation to join our Fundraising and Marketing team. This strategic position involves developing and implementing robust strategies to boost our fundraising income and engagement. You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and collaborate closely with the Director of Fundraising and Marketing and the Head of PR and Communications.

This post is for 36.25 hours per week, with the possibility to work 4 – 5 days per week

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee creation and production of fundraising and service marketing collateral.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee marketing and promotion of our social enterprise Head Room Café.
  • Liaise with digital team on marketing aspects.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the Marketing Team to achieve goals.
  • Oversee Legacy team and strategy to meet targets.
  • Play a leading role in Fundraising and marketing & communications strategies.
  • Ensure cost-effective and well-budgeted marketing & fundraising campaigns, that produce a tangible return on investment
  • Integrate Jami branding into Jewish Care’s portfolio.
What you will need:
  • Degree-level education or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong, credible, collaborative leader with significant experience in a not-for-profit, public sector, or commercial environment.
  • Up to date with advances in marketing, particularly digital marketing.
  • Strong relationships with the Jewish community and understanding of the Jewish faith.
  • High level of commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communicator, able to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable leadership, management, and development experience.
  • Appreciation of the health and social care sector and its challenges.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • High level of resilience, determination, and a ‘can-do’ approach.
  • Diplomatic, persuasive, and flexible team player.
  • Highly respected for results, expertise, and commitment.
