The Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Innovation this is a rewarding and flexible role, working from home on a part time basis.
22.5 hours per week - potentially 3 full days, 5 short days, or something else that suits you
Working from home, with adhoc travel to services and conferences
The Research Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing research projects within Phoenix.
This role involves developing an annual research plan, fostering partnerships with external research bodies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Disseminating learning to enhance our operational approaches and maximise benefits for our staff and people who use our services.
About You
Minimum degree level qualification in related topic
2 years experience of relevant project management experience
Ability to assimilate, summarise and effectively communicate complex information to a wide variety of stakeholders.
Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Ability to apply analytical skills to answer strategic questions / challenges
Strong stakeholder management, ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to turn research findings into actionable insight and presenting this in an engaging way
