Responsibilities:
We're currently seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services team.
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a variety of implementation projects supporting our SCE clients. Your expertise will guide the initiation, planning, and delivery phases, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project governance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading kick-off and project planning workshops.
- Managing project scopes, risks, and deliverables.
- Supporting user acceptance testing and overseeing the go-live support phase.
- Maintaining close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in client facing project management, preferably within public sector industry
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- An excellent understanding of project documentation and administration.
- The ability to mentor and help other members of the team.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a strong team player mindset.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from home. However, it's important to note that there will be periodic travel required for team meetings. These meetings will typically take place either at our offices in Leeds or Oxford. Additionally, occasional travel to client sites across the country may be necessary. On average, this travel requirement may amount to approximately 30-40% of your time.
