Working hours: 40 hours pw, Monday to Friday

The Agile Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery of IT and transformation projects within the product team. Reporting to the Programme Lead, this role focuses on implementing Agile methodologies to achieve efficient and effective project execution, and will oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

What you’ll be doing?

Support the delivery of projects, including the design, planning and implementation

Identification and business case creation for any additional resource requirements such as tools and frameworks to support project delivery

Co-ordinate with Operations and Development teams to ensure a timely and efficient delivery of project milestones

Develop milestone timeline to track and ensure deliverables are achieved

Liaise with the external and internal teams to ensure relevant areas are aligned and key activities progressed

Identify any risks/challenges with projects and suggest counter measures to mitigate

Support the communication and buy in to projects, working to create cross stakeholder alignment

Track progress and support the compilation of report and updates

Ensuring a clear and coherent implementation plan is agreed with all stakeholders

Feed into the reporting and representation of key Transformation activities with all steering mechanisms in the business, such as the Exec Management group

Who are we looking for?

Demonstrated experience in Agile project management, preferably overseeing multiple projects simultaneously

Strong knowledge and expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and frameworks (e.g., SAFe)

Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on driving delivery and collaboration across multiple projects

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in Agile project management tools and software

Proven experience in Agile project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects across multiple initiatives

Experience collaborating with IT Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

Strong understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices

Familiarity with project management tools and software used in Agile project environments

Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar.
