Summary

On behalf of our busy FOOD PRODUCTION client we are looking for an experienced quality technologist
Location: Redditch
Pay: £12.30ph
Basis: Temp to Perm
Shifts: Various ( Morning shift 6:30am-14:30pm with flexibility on afternoons)
* **Requirements**
* QA audit schedule compliance completion rate KPI
* QA procedural third party and customer audit compliance QA area level of NCs raised
* Accuracy of equipment set up (MD, CW, Olympus etc) Level of errors identified
* Hold/Quarantine item management Number remaining open / not dealt within required timescale
* Investigation completion rate Level of open investigation post required completion date
* This role has a responsibility for food safety, brand integrity and Health and Safety
*Essential :*
Minimum two-year experience in food industry production or QA or Technical role
Fluent English language
Food Safety qualification at Level 2 or higher
Proficient in Microsoft applications, outlook, word, excel, powerpoint etc
Internal auditor experience

*Desirable:*
Food industry high care experience
Higher education qualification, ideally in Food Quality / Food Safety/ Science related area
Foundation level or higher in HACCP
Internal auditor formal training

To drive high factory and product standards through internal auditing, monitoring and reporting on food safety, legality and quality to ensure products, processes and factory environment are consistently fully compliant with Technical systems. Driving improvement and ensuring resolution of non-compliance to avoid repeated issues.
