Senior Costs Draftsperson

Day to day duties
- The preparation of bills for detailed assessment by the Court/Arbitration Tribunal and schedules of costs for negotiation.
- Preparation of accurate schedules for summary assessment
- Preparation of detailed costs estimates for budgeting , security and specific issues
- Attending assessment hearings, support/ challenge cost claims
- Dealing with opponent's costs – review claims, preparation of Points of Dispute.
- Dealing with Solicitor/Client disputes
- Provision of general advice on costs case law and procedure.
