Summary


Working in a small friendly Team that provides training to a diverse range of Clinical, Admin and Managerial staff from a spectrum of over 88 clinical services across the Berkshire area (from Newbury to Slough). The primary patient system is Rioand the team also train a range of other systems and technologies.


This role brings the opportunity to join a supportive team responsible for the design and delivery of highly engaging training across Berkshire Healthcare, including experience working in a project environment. Trainersenjoytheopportunity to work with people from a diverse range of services across the Berkshire area as well as a varied routine where every day is different.


Willing to undertake relevant training,you'llhave excellent presentation and communication skills and experience helping others learn and develop their skills.

• Developingexpertiseon the systems, people who use them and theirprocesses.

• Deliver training on Rio andotherclinical systems.

• Create training session design, guides andlearningmaterialsandworking with other IM&T workstreams.

• Adaptingyour work schedule around locations and times services are available - during projects thismayinclude some evening or weekend work to support ward training/support.

• Supporting staff in their work environment withnew technologies
