Summary

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to provide daily support to the maintenance team and participate in Reliability, Maintainability, Testability (RMT) meetings. This role focuses on enabling effective maintenance at minimum cost by optimising technical solutions and their execution. The Maintenance Engineer will lead evaluations of executed maintenance work and callouts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
• Support maintenance team, participate in RMT meetings, and optimise technical solutions and costs
• Evaluate and improve the scope and quality of preventive maintenance
• Assist with developing contracts
• Support urgent replacement issues and projects, advise on major maintenance jobs and small projects
• Ensure information exchange and analysis of maintenance work with ME peers and APM engineers
• Participate in FAT, SAT, and RCM studies; advise on equipment specifications and standards
• Deliver first-line troubleshooting for maintenance issues
• Ensure compliance with engineering requirements, legal regulations, and safety standards
• Deliver in-kind replacements and manage projects in the management of change process
• Participate in TA preparation for the designated unit

Requirements:
• Degree level of education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other Engineering discipline
• Previous experience in a maintenance role
• Proficiency in technical and professional knowledge and skills, safety awareness, and continuous improvement
