Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within I-Art for a permanent full time I-Art Officer role within the team. I-Art is the first point of contact for the public and professionals who wish to make a referral in relation to children and their families.
The role of an I-Art Officer is to provide the first point of contact to all professionals and public enquires to the Integrated Access and Referral Team. This will involve call handling and dealing with telephone enquiries from Council staff, other agencies and members of the public and will include enquiries received via other forms of communication, such as email or post.
