Summary
We are a family run Letting agent based in Houston Renfrewshire.
Due to expansion, we are looking for a keen Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for the office with good customer service ethics for our valued clients.
The successful candidate's primary role will be the first point of contact for our clients, answering the telephone, managing our email inbox, booking viewings, following up enquiries as appropriate and generally helping the office run smoothly.
You should have great administrative and data entry skills, a flexible approach and lots of enthusiasm.
A good general education including English and Maths is required together with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Applicants must have good communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour.
The ability to use your own initiative will make you an ideal candidate, as will your cheerful disposition, common sense, patience, and excellent sense of humour!
This position will play an important and integral role in supporting our busy office. As we are a small core team, there is also an opportunity for the role to develop further in both content and responsibility depending on your ambition and abilities.
Salary comensurate with age and experience.
