Summary
The Learning team at the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust is looking to recruit a Learning Administrator – Shakespeare Week and Hubs. This new role at the Trust, is a part-time permanent contract working 14 hours per week between Monday and Friday. We can offer flexibility on the days and hours worked for the right candidate, and this can be discussed in interview.
Reporting to our Shakespeare Week Project Manager, you will support the Learning department by providing logistical and administrative assistance with specific regard to the Shakespeare Week and Hubs Programme- a national programme of Shakespeare activities, mostly for Primary Schools.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent administration skills to oversee operations, coordinate systems and procedures including schools and groups bookings. You will have attention to details to maintain accurate records and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues with regard to mailouts and publicity campaigns. You will collect and collate evaluation material from programme activities contributing to monthly departmental reviews.
While largely office based, you will have the chance to visit Learning sessions and events to see the work in progress, including in the inspirational settings of the Shakespeare Family homes.
