Position: Support Worker
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Hemel Hempstead (HP2)
Driving Requirements: Full UK driving licence essential (must be able to drive a manual mobility vehicle)

The Role
You will support a gentleman with a learning disability, autism, and cerebral palsy to live an independent and fulfilling life. He loves outings, especially to farms and parks. Your role will include assisting with personal care, medication, some cleaning (a cleaner visits every fortnight), and meal preparation.
No Experience? No Problem!
We provide full training, so prior experience in Health Care Assistant or Social Care roles isn't necessary. If you have the right values and enthusiasm, we want you on our team!
Shift Patterns
- Morning Shift: 7am-2:30pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm-9:30pm
- Sleep-Ins: 9:30pm-7am
