Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen for Psychologists with experience of working with young people and their families to work at Ealing CAMHS within our Neurodevelopmental team. The role combines clinical work with children, young people and their families, alongside opportunities to support team development and provide supervision and support to trainees and pre-qualified staff.



We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and innovative clinician who is able to maintain clinical curiosity and engage in reflective practice as well as be able to be an advocate for children, young people and families’ needs. You will be joining a welcoming psychology team in Ealing and West London who are committed to service improvement, staff well-being, and who value diversity in our workforce.

We welcome applications from newly qualified psychologists, or those about to qualify.

You will offer a high-quality service to young people, families / carers,alongside working effectively with your colleagues and liaising with other professionals in the network. In particular, you will provide specialist mental health and neurodevelopmental assessments alongside psychological interventions for a broad range of complex mental health concerns. These roles combine clinical work with opportunities to support team development and provide supervision and support to trainees and junior staff. Ealing CAMHS has a strong multi-disciplinary approach and thrives on innovative and reflexive practice to meet the needs of a socially, economically culturally diverse London borough. You will be committed to ensuring that the service is accessible and effective.

Psychology is very well established profession within CAMHS and has a strong and supportive network of Senior Psychologists. The post provides excellent opportunities for professional development and regular supervision.
