Quantity surveyor or Senior Quantity surveyor opportunity and a chance to work with a main contractor in London.
Our client, a high-end main contractor developer with a diverse workforce and drive to consistently deliver the highest quality projects for their clients, is seeking to grow their workforce and recruit a supplementary Quantity surveyor. The business has specialist teams covering seven core sectors: residential, hotels, commercial offices, healthcare, education, data centres and Industrial and Logistics.
As a business they strive to transform communities for the better as they expertise in construction and they offer a inter grated service.The project is a recladding with a developer to enable the company thrive . The client is looking for a lead QS or SQS to take control of the project, they are looking for someone who is a leader and to be able to have clear communication. This is a freelance role.
