Summary

About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with the ability to lead a project as the No. 1. The role is based in central London and will provide the opportunity to work on a £1-£10 million fit out projects looking after multiple schemes across Commercial offices. You will be joining an established team and should come with fit-out contractor experience.

Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Fully commercially responsible for the project as a No.1 lead.
Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
Managing Packages.
Managing Sub-Contractors.
Site Meetings.

Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Minimum 5 years' experience with fit-out contractors, not main contractors.
Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

£70,000-£90,000 base salary plus a project related bonus of 2% of gross profit per project.
