Reporting to the Transnational Education (TNE) Teaching and Operational Manager, the TNE Administrator will provide administrative support for processes and procedures relating to the TNE Operation and Learning & Teaching activities, delivering front-line support to students and academic colleagues.

The role holder will enhance the student and staff experience by working collaboratively with Fly In Fly Out (FIFO) staff, TNE Administrators, and TNE students to provide excellent customer service in support of the operations.

The post holder be the first point of contact for managing queries and resolving as required across the TNE Operation.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and is offered on a fixed term basis for up to 12 months.
