Admin Assistant
Location: Luton
Contract Type: Full Time (42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm)

Our client is on the lookout for a motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our day-to-day office operations and ensuring our projects run smoothly. If you’re an organized, detail-oriented individual with a knack for multitasking, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: You will assist in booking hotels for site operatives, compile weekly timesheets, and manage the diary for director level staff.
Project Preparation: Prepare site packs for new projects, ensuring all materials are ready and organised for our site teams.
Data Management: Handle data entry tasks, process DBS checks as needed, and verify information for new starters. You’ll also scan completed site packs and delivery notes to our server.
Training Coordination: Keep our training database up-to-date and assist with organising training courses for our operatives.
Communication: Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, presenting a professional image of the company.
Quality and Safety Management: Assist in organising and reviewing weekly returns from site teams, ensuring actions are timely closed out on the QMS system, and manage office including weekly H&S checks.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and self-management abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and robust work values.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- This role is based in Baldock; thus, own transport is essential due to the office location.
