Summary

We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our social care courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for social care. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Present and promote our social care courses to potential clients through various channels (phone, email, meetings, events).
- Understand client needs and tailor course offerings to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Experience in the education, training, or social care sector is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts and solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
