We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our existing Finance team at our Leeds Head Office.

The Role:
In this role you will provide a high standard of administration within the Billings department in line with departmental processes and procedures, helping to contribute to the efficient day-to-day running of the team.

Responsibilities:
• Processing Customer invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
• Working in conjunction with other departments to manage and resolve billing queries.
• Liasing with external customers to supply information and build good working relationships.
• Running system reports and actioning relevant procedures.
• Updating spreadsheets.
• Supporting other team members and providing absence cover where required.
• Project work and ad-hoc jobs as directed.
• Achievement of departmental KPIs.
• Continued improvement of the Finance Department.

What we are looking for:
• Experience in ERP and finance systems is desirable (in particular, Sage X3)
• Experience in using Excel is preferred but on the job, training will be given.
• English and Math’s GCSE grade C or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to learn and work in a flexible dynamic environment.
